    Current issues

    • Shortpath: Some students already passed the shortpath threshold, so they don't need to take final exam. The students who got 4.5 or 4.0 may try (without risk) to improve the grade by taking the exam E1 (but they may also stay with the grade they already have).
    • Exam 1 2016z problems with example of solutions are here.
    • There are two dates for EDISP exam - you can attend both (first try and second try).
In the announced schedule they are:
      • E1: 02.02.2017 (Thu) 8-11, room 170
      • E2: 06.02.2017 (Mon) 14-17 room 170
but please verify them at your "studia" webpage

    • For all exams: better grade counts (no risk to take E1 after shortpath or E2 after E1).
    • Exam rules: pen, pencil, calculator and your own notes plus lecture slides.
Copies of solutions for homeworks/tests/exams are NOT allowed. Having them makes a student switch thinking off.

The exam covers ALL the course matter. There are "Problems" (longer) and "Questions" (shorter), for a total of 90 minutes. See examples with hints.

    • Tests T1+T2 correction ("retake", "redo", "makeup") will be possible immediately after the E1 (02.02 around 9:45). Let me know by email who will retake which test(s)!
For test redo: LAST grade counts (if you feel like failure, don't submit your retake).
    • Office hours changed to: Mon 16:30-17:00
